Purpose The MyPsyDiary application is a password protected psychology journal that also uses relaxation strategies and mood monitoring to help improve your mental health. It allows you to track your stress levels, recognize helpful and unhelpful behaviors, and promote more positive thinking and well-being. MyPsyDiary records your thoughts, mood, emotions, and other lifestyle options to help you understand how to feel good and how to manage when you don’t.
MyPsyDiary App Features The MyPsyDiary app has many features, valuable for everyone, and can be used as a health promotion option on its own or in conjunction with a mental health professional to help support treatment outside of sessions (and show progress in between). The app includes mood/sleep/pain tracking, risk management feature, lifestyle choice monitoring, relaxation and mindfulness training, activity planning, medication compliance training, positive thinking coach AND live strategy prompting for emotion regulation!
Additionally, the MyPsyDiary application has been developed for use as a supportive monitoring tool for other counselors, psychologists, and mental health professionals as they conduct their their therapeutic work and case management. MyPsyDiary App Limitations Our products are uniquely designed to serve anyone over the age of 16 who would like to develop greater resilience for improved emotional strength. As a caution, however, for any mental health concern, particularly moderate to severe mental health conditions, the MyPsyDiary application does not replace psychological treatment but rather supplements treatment. Therefore, it is considered best practice to use this application under the guidance or support of a qualified mental health professional.
