Amanda is an expert in the psychology world, with 20 years of clinical experience in Australia. She is an endorsed clinical psychologist. Dr. Commons Treloar has worked extensively with a variety of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder, borderline personality disorder, bipolar affective disorder, and psychosis. She has worked in psychiatry, community health, and currently in private practice. She is passionate about assisting people in monitoring and managing their own mental health. Dr. Commons Treloar developed MyPsyDiary app with the intention of making psychology more readily accessible to others and to promote the benefits of greater self-care.
