Target Audience Our products are uniquely designed to serve anyone over the age of 16 who would like to develop greater resilience for improved emotional strength. As a caution, however, for any mental health concern, particularly moderate to severe mental health conditions, the MyPsyDiary application does not replace psychological treatment but rather supplements treatment. Therefore, it is considered best practice to use this application under the guidance or support of a qualified mental health professional.
